Above all, every area of the home is inspected thoroughly. From the roof and attic to the plumbing and heating, no stone goes unturned. Initially, I begin at the roof, moving on to the exterior, subsequently the attic and finally to the interior of the home. On the interior, I begin at the mechanical components advancing to the kitchen, bathrooms and general interior like windows, doors and outlets.

After I am finished with the inspection, I will walk through the home with you. I dedicate a significant amount of time to my clients. While we walk through the home together, I will explain the general condition of the home and systems with you and your agent. During the walk-through there will be ample time to ask questions. All of this will be detailed in your easy-to-read Spectora report.
